These are the operators of Fantasy Labs. A daily fantasy sports product that I've used for almost 5 years. When there is a problem, they act like its only happening on my end (which ive figured out on my own was not true) and they do not implement or respond to legit problems and suggestions to improve their product. Been a loyal paying customer for YEARS and can't get my feedback taken seriously. I had to cancel my subscription today. I REALLY wish I could use the product too, it's a great tool. But it's useless when it's manipulated and doesnt work for the most important 5 minutes of the day. Extremely disappointed in the support I've received from Justin Phan (not one single response to my issues) and the rest of the support team that does absolutely nothing to help or fix problems. Beyond disappointed in this company. Wish somebody would step in and help. I would love to be an advocate for the tool rather than a critic.
