It only took 9 months to get a defective air bag replaced when they said it would take 3 months at most. One service advisor who actually tried to help us discovered our car was not even in their system. We were discouraged from scheduling an appointment and instead were told to 'just come in, it'll take 2 hours tops'. A day later and 4 hours and the car was finally ready. Everyone else was dismissive and discourteous. Technicians drove recklessly fast through overcrowded parking lot. Small amount of actual new inventory to shop. Could go on and on but have sufficiently beaten this dead horse. Would NEVER buy a car from them.
