If I was reviewing this solely based on the evaluation and timing I would give it 5 stars. They said it ll take 10 business days but I was pleasantly surprised when I received the email saying my evaluation was ready early.
I wish I could say the same about the customer service though :/ the employees who answer the phone basically don t want to answer your questions and sometimes cut you off before finishing the sentence. It s pretty disappointing and can cause people to turn away from this place even though the evaluation service itself is great.
Also, I suggest having an online payment portal (i.e. paypal, zelle, etc. ) to make it easier for the customers to pay while keeping the payment info discreet.
