I have some mixed feelings about this place. The service is mostly extremely good and welcoming, but if you get the wrong person at the front desk they can be pretty dismissive and cold.
We had an issue come up with our room, and they kindly took care of all our stuff and moved us into a new room while we were out the same day. They had cleaned our clothes, folded everything, and taken good care of it.
The new room seemed randomly cleaned. Parts were meticulous, but then there was a random empty package left on our table (garbage), and the headboard was really dusty on top. Shower head seemed like it needed to be cleaned or something, weird spray. In fairness, I think if we'd have brought these issues up to the staff, they'd have accommodated right away because they were so good about the other issue, it was just at this point we didn't want to deal with it anymore, we had other things to focus on.
The rooms are pretty nice and beds comfortable. They also gave us complimentary access to the lounge where we could go in any time of day and get various snacks and drinks for free- this was hugely appreciated. They also served breakfast there in the morning.
In short, this hotel is not without its issues, but none of them are. The staff are very accommodating if you reach out to them, and the vast majority are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I think I would stay again if I was in town.
