Staff v friendly and helpful - most important!

Staff v friendly and helpful - most important!
Rooms clean and comfortable generally
Location superb!
Perhaps only things which I would like to feedback are
1) Some pillows too soft
2) Sink tap too small resulting in water splashing onto table top everytime...makes place messy and wet
3) Need an extra tissue box in room
4) Swimming pool too small, but guess that can't be helped
