I recently purchased a set of glassware from this company and overall, I found the quality to be adequate for the price. The glassware arrived promptly and was well-packaged, so no damage occurred during shipping. However, I noticed a few minor imperfections in the glass, which was a bit disappointing. The design of the products was appealing, but I expected better attention to detail. The customer service was friendly and helpful when I had inquiries about my order. I wouldn't say my experience was exceptional, but it was satisfactory for the cost. I may consider purchasing from them again in the future, but I hope they strive for more consistency in their product quality.
