I have tried to use BSBSDE plan to pay for my drug...

I have tried to use BSBSDE plan to pay for my drug prescription. And my doctor healthcare team has already submitted Prior Authorization to BSBSDE. but it seems like no body from BCBSDE responded to my doctor's healthcare team's submitted request. Until now I still do not know for sure when my coverage of medication would be approved by BCBSDE. I really need to refill my medication upon prescription request.
