I had a rather average experience with Commonwealth of PA/Department of Military Affairs. The service provided was decent, but nothing exceptional. The staff was somewhat helpful, although not overly friendly. The communication could be improved as it took a bit longer than expected to receive a response. Overall, an average experience.
