I join the (unfortunately) long list of negative experiences with SDA. After twice that the package appears (from their systems) to have been delivered and with "absent recipient" (but there had to be someone at home, or the porter, and I didn't even find the package), at the third they invented an "incorrect address". But go! They don't want to deliver the package in the hope that it will "lose" in their warehouses. Unfortunately with shipments from abroad, the last section is entrusted to the Italian Post Office, which uses only SDA. When will they decide to move to a new courier, or to make SDA work seriously?
