I had purchased a used unit from them and then a month later we were hit by a semi they fixed it fast knowing we lived in it! So naturally I brought it back but this time they had it almost 3 months and when I got it back both power chords were gone and they broke various things some they fixed others they ignored. On the way home from picking the fifth wheel up the under belly blew off(they forgot to secure it) I almost killed a lady!!! While attempting to stop the force broke my hitch!(which was apparently a warranty issue even though the underbelly tore up the trailer breaks while it was thrashing around) two months later I am still waiting on them to do right by me. Only after suing them came up have they decided to come out! I have lived in campers, rv's and fifth wheels for over 20 years my family and I have owned dozens!! Their service department is the worst I have ever had to work with! Last year alone I was in 27 states so I have a lot of experience with campers! During the sale of the unit they switched the negotiated price back to the asking causing me to pay an additional $1,000 my fault for not rechecking at first I didn't think it was done maliciously but now after the months of phone calls and unreturned calls I have changed my mind! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!! Otherwise you will regret it! I personally guarantee it I have dealt with the managers and the owner!
