this realtor is point blank the best and most humble person I ve ever met. If you re young and don t know what to do go to her! Especially with all these weird people at the beach, I finally found someone who is professional!

Not only was I 22, didn t have much knowledge about apartments, never had an HOA, and didn t know about appliances, Julie helped me every step of the way and most importantly kept in touch with me. She helped me find my first 1 bedroom apartment and guided me through my first HOA approval process. I am so lucky to have her as she made this process quick and easy. She even made sure before my first rent payment that I had everything I needed!

(Little did she know, I got my keys on my birthday (: nice 23rd gift to myself from her!)

I mean she isn t someone to forget about her clients! I had issues with the appliances and she got the issue fixed within days! and I have never felt so comfortable with anyone and she gives hugs ! (: let s not forget that I don t know how to cook and she advised me to get hello fresh which I have now and I LOVE IT! she s like my guardian angel lol

I can t wait to buy my first home with her, I wouldn t go to anyone else!
