They do not provide clear information and their attention is appalling. Today I approached before 5pm and there was no broker! I even called and they said it was until 6pm! Terrible deal. I do not recommend it.

They do not answer the phone they put an answering machine I went 15 days ago there is no attention they walk you I do not know why they put you appointments more appointments if they know what they should do I am like this 6 months ago
Worst customer service EVER. We were over charged by $400 and it took us 18 months to get a partial refund. They kept blaming MasterCard, however they were still responsible for the over charges.
