Delon Orquin, the Field Manager is the best!!!
He provided excellent service to his customer. I am very happy with his service.
Sunnyvale Toyota over charge me for $5500 service I did not request.
I called Delon for help. He was very responsive and tries his very best to help me to get my money back.
Without Delon, I don't think I have any chance to get $5500 back. I am very disappointed with Sunnyvale Toyota.
Delon is on the customer side!
