I've been a loyal customer to Toyota of Tampa Bay since 2017 and today was BY FAR the BEST experience I've ever had. My service advisor was Zach and he was super sweet and kind. Took my corolla in for an oil change and was told I have two recalls on my vehicle. Zach informed me that my oil change and recalls could take between 2-3 hours. He also advised me that there was a courtesy Uber I could take home, but I just had a friend pick me up. Within an hour and 45 minutes I received a call from him telling me that ALL of my services (oil change, tire rotations, car wash, AC filter, and both recall) were complete. This was also at 3pm during rush hour so it was a pleasant surprise hearing everything was done and completed in a quick and effective manner. Very impressed with today's visit!
