Unhappy with the service and attitude of one member of staff in particular.Even though I had booked an appointment to collect a print that had initially been the incorrect print framed by them which in turn meant I missed giving this as a present for my wifes 40th while they sent it away to be rectified. I had to wait outside for a considerable amount of time and then the piece was brought outside on the pavement and was propped up in a small puddle of something .It was quickly partially unwrapped and then wrapped back up as I was made to feel uncomfortable and rushed and I had said it looked fine,once home I realised the inside of the frame was damaged.On reporting this I was told it was pretty much down to me as I had checked it in that rushed moment.Its a shame and no excuses using the current situation as I myself work in retail and would not treat a client like this.Reviews are everything and I would ask you to scroll down and look at Alex's review from a year ago,similar incident.
