Terrible customer care, I have not heard back from anyone since June 8, voicemail and online portal requests do not seem to go through. I do not recommend outside city residents to purchase a vehicle here. They have not followed through on their "weoweyou."
Long wait to sign paperwork, 2 stars for the kind tone.
