I ve been shopping around for cars and have had varying experiences with dealerships. (Mostly bad unfortunately as I was shopping for pre-owned.) I found a car I liked at driversselect (soon to be Echo Park) so I called and made an appointment with Bennie to go check it out. (I highly suggest you make an appointment because it makes the process super smooth, especially if you re coming on a weekend.) When I pulled up he was ready for me with zero wait time! He made the process of test driving and purchasing my car seamless. He didn t pressure me at all (huge for me as I m a female and I ve dealt with a lot of high-pressure salesmen.) He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and answered all my questions (I always have a ton of questions). They even took out a small door ding in my car within the time it took to complete my purchase! This is my 7th car purchase, so needless to say I ve been through this process many times, and I ve got to tell you all - this was the best purchasing experience I ve ever had. If you need to buy a car, I highly suggest you check this place out. When you go, ask for Bennie, I cannot recommend him enough! He is the knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient.
