I was a patient here. I didn't realize that I could call the State to be removed. I was so abused and neglected. I tried to report my abuse and the nursing supervisor helped away me. He put my phone out of reach and set my bed remote out of reach. I was a recent injury paraplegic with all my ribs broken. Staff CNA'S told me they were not allowed to help me. I was told I was only allowed to push my call button every 2 hours. I didn't know any better. I thought this was how it worked.
Do not put your family member into this facility. They probably only care for those who have close family monitoring.
I have family who can vouch for this review .. after we found out this was wrong and I ws removed.
