Spent 2 nights in the luxury suite with Waitui beach access, and lets just say the whole experience was surreal. The main attraction was the kindness and hospitality shown by the staff of the hotel and excellent customer service. I was thoroughly impressed that even though we were local guests, the quality of service and hospitality remained the same as if we were visiting tourists. The room was pleasant and views were spectacular. Another great aspect was being an AccorPlus member made the trip affordable and provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of life. A special thanks to Alfred and Annie at the Waitui beach club, and the sweetest, Asinate, from guest relations. Vinaka Sofitel, will be definitely visiting again.
