Very rude and unprofessional staff. At the service entrance, the number of employees could easily be reduced. They stand there in a heap instead of taking care of the customers.
I didn't find that friendly to foreigners either. They need training to know how to talk to foreigners and how to respect them.
Qualified personnel is in short supply in Bauhaus Mannheim City.
