I dont typically write reviews, but I felt I had to let people know about the outstanding experience I had at Tom Kadlec Honda. I also would like to single out Blake in the service department for going above and beyond what was required to help me out of a tough situation.
I purchased my 2007 Ford f-150 from TK Honda in winter of 2016. I was actually on leaving Rochester in July this year after completing my training In Rochester. On my way out of town my engine began to stall at each stoplight so I brought it in to be checked out. I soon found out that my engine had given out, there was no quick fix and that it would need to be replaced. This was estimated to cost between five and six thousand dollars.

At that point I had barely put 10,000 miles on the truck so I was frustrated. I had misplaced the maintenance receipts of oil changes over the past 10,000 miles and because of this the warranty company balked at covering the cost of the engine replacement. They said it was a maintenance issue and that that fell outside their coverage. I was frustrated with this and called the warranty company myself and received the same answer despite my protestations. So there I was about to eat a $6000 bill but didnt have much choice in the matter as I still owe quite a bit on the truck.

At that point I had to leave town but left my truck there at the service dept. I asked for a couple days to think things over before deciding to fix the engine. Sometime in the next week or two I recieved a call from Blake that the warranty company had decided to pay for the entire engine replacement. This was completely unexpected. I was dumbfounded and asked why they changed their mind? I learned that Blake had been calling the warranty company repeatedly, talking with different representatives and was ultimately able to find one willing to send an auditor to evaluate the engine. Apparently the auditor felt that the engine failure was not a maintenance issue and the warrant covered the entire $5,300 to replace it. Talk about relief!!

I have to say that Blake is a remarkable employee and a man of character. He had absolutely no obligation to persist in trying to get my engine covered. There wasn't a penny in it for him or Tom Kadlec Honda. It doesn't matter to them who pays the bill.

Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience with Tom Kadlec Honda and I encourage anyone reading thus to do business with them. And thank you again Blake, you saved my butt!!
