WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, Lots of promises but communication or return phone calls are non existent.

I had used this company before to install a system a few years back and found them to be really good, sadly this time round has been the worst experience ever. After some delays, I get told the Trina panels I ordered were not available and then offered another product in my view cheaper, then once the installers turned up I couldn't communicate with them as no one spoke any English and turned up without the appropriate ladders for a 2 storey installation. They were really heavy on their feet and rough with the equipment, so much so they broke 8 roof tiles. Even though I had spare tiles they didn't tell me, just wanted to silicone them until I could see them and demanded they be replaced. Not sure how many are broken that I cant see under the panels.

Once the panel were installed the installers disappeared, no information no inverter, no paperwork, nothing. After many phone calls on my part I finally got a response. I got lots of excuses and promises that it would be finished in a timely manner but words are easy to say when you don't mean them.

10 days later someone turns up and installs the inverter and says all working. Well it isn't working, the inverter installed is dead and does not power on. Again more phone calls and more excuses. I was even told that the inverter needed to be charged before it would activate.? Again more lies and the problem still continues. It really shouldn't be this hard but the deadline I gave them to fix it has now passed and I'll be demanding the removal of their panels so I can deal with a more reputable company, Ill then be contacting the office of Fair trading (Clean Energy Council) and lodging a formal complaint about this company so others are aware of their shonky practices.
