WOW - Outrageous service from John our salesman that kept in constant contact through the buying process to assure they matched what we wanted - to Mark - we had a full house of people visiting for the 4th and wanted everything completed -the order was placed so he could have just said not an option but not sure what type of magic wand he has but he made it happen. A 10 day turn around and install! He simply said he would do everything he could and he did. (yes a rare service experience) As importantly, Brian, Ryan, and Jeff came out to install our new bamboo floors and they worked diligently and efficiently with a passion for precision. They all gave 200% and that's the difference. Outstanding quality and service. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. Highly recommend and know you'll be taken care - we have purchased rugs and other carpets there throughout the years and consistently fabulous experience. Thanks to their team!
