We had the absolute BEST experience at Hendrick BMW with Jeff Shinn!! From the second we walked in the door to the moment we drove off in our new X5, Jeff was so knowledgeable, kind, funny and immediately put us at ease! He makes you feel like family and he truly cares about his customers...he is a true professional! Everyone else was so wonderful there, too!! Jim Casella, the finance manager, took so much of the stress off from us, was so easy to work with and very helpful! We will be back when my husband is ready for a new car!!! Happy New Year!!
