Beautiful decor but if you sit in the pit, the chairs are uncomfortable and smaller than the bolted down ones throughout the theatre. Also, ushers and security inside the bowl are not active so don't expect them to help you out and if they do expect to feel like you're a bother. If I go back I'll definitely get the balcony seats or the mezz. They probably have the best view without feeling overcrowded. The entrance process can be overwhelming as painstaking for sold out shows because no one is directing traffic off the subway so you'll see one long line whenthere's several opened in the middle and the one person that was directing on the other sidewas telling people to form another long line of you had printed tickets when other lines were a free-for-all. I skipped both of those long lines and walked in in about 5 minutes.
