Went in for an oil change. Service was nice and friendly atmosphere.

When they were done they issued me a report saying I needed this and that. Which is fine.. But when I looked up the parts myself.. pure insanity.

They quoted me $800 some odd dollars for a part that can be bought online for $60. Quoted me another part at $500 that can be found online for $40. Qouted me headlight bulbs for $90 specially ordered from Japan. Went to Lordco same day and got them for $16.

Nonetheless I guess this isn't news to people about dealerships.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I'd go back.
