I have yet to get through to customer service loya...
I have yet to get through to customer service loyalty. Once they have you they don't care anymore. A lot of fluffy advertising about taking care of customers but the reality is they don't care. If you call to set up a new service they answer immediately. If you are an existing customer....they literally don't answer. 2 calls today on hold 20- 30 mins. I gave up on both. Please don't give them your business.
