IN LOVE WITH MY RED 2020 ELANTRA I went in late on a weds 6:30pm the sales person DAVE came out to greet me and we got started on my credit app. I informed him of my credit and my 3 past purchases of hyundai cars. I know all about the lengthy process of car buying and how much anxiety and stress ive endured through the years at car dealers, i was ONE CLICK AWAY from buying online when i took this last ditch effort to deal with sales people. In all my years of car purchases either with myself or my mother ( 6 total hyundai purchases beyween us) I HAVE NEVER EVER IN LIFE BEEN GREETED BY THE ACTUAL FINANCE MANGER!!!.... i was in total awe of him, FRANK and total emapthy and compassion in helping me to find what was best for my budget and credit . I was in and out by 9:45pm the insurance process OTP stressed me WAY MORE than the car buying process!!. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP. YOUR DEALERSHIP IS FABULOUS!!
