Henderson-Webb is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I have been in real estate for years and never before have I encountered a company with such poor customer service. First of all, when you call their office during business hours, you will be waiting ten to fifteen minutes MINIMUM. Regardless of what time it is, 8 am, 1 pm, 5 pm...they have the same awful hold music that tells you "sorry for the delay, we are experiencing a high call volume". And then when I finally get someone, they pretty much try make you feel as though your problem is not important. When my heater broke in the winter and I called the emergency hotline, since having your heat stop working at 9 pm in January is considered an emergency, and no one came to fix it for TWO DAYS. And when I had roaches, TWO TIMES I scheduled my apartment to be sprayed and TWO TIMES they didn't send anyone. And when I called, I was asked several times if I was SURE no one was in my apartment, and told that "sometimes they forget to leave drop tickets". I was then told to call the next morning to speak to a supervisor because the "records weren't available yet". When I called in the morning, I got the same speech. I pay rent every month on time and this is what I get. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
