I really liked this store until I learned they are...

I really liked this store until I learned they are furtively Voice and Video recording their customers. I found this out when I spoke to the owner about a hostile staff member. He told me he'd shared the video and voice recording with everyone in the shop, including some friends and customers to get their opinion of my interaction with his sister. He then complained about anonymous google reviews. Considering the shops use of social media for product promotion, they don't seem to have problems with all the anonymous good reviews, yet get angry about bad ones. One star for the other owner who thanked me for my customer feedback and gave me a gift card. Pretty basic customer relations.
