My parents needed a new car to share. It was up too me to find a good car at a good price. After some fact-finding and negotiating, BMW emerged as the beautiful solution to my family.

Not only is our brand new X3 beyond kick-ass excellent (my parents get in and out easily, drives like a DREAM, looks insane), but the warmth, hustle at BMW Toronto, led by Sean, Al-Hussein and Kallia was something that I haven't experienced in a long time. Old fashioned style good service.

My parents needed a solution, and to be well looked-after. We were well looked after, we were made to feel important (our business mattered), and BMW's team, Sean Al, and Kallia were extremely COMPETENT.

Perfect score with me (and I am very difficult to please). We've owned 3 Benzes since 1987. Now we drive a BMW, and we are very happy indeed.
