This place was "highly" recommended by a friend, so i went ahead to schedule an appointment. I am so disappointed in the customer service i received. Waited for almost TWO hours, i had to ask to reschedule and even had to ask for my copay back. No one apologized, or even advised me if they were running behind.They acted so careless. I would understand if they would of told me they were running behind or even acknowledge the fact that they knew i have been waiting so long.
