Make sure to read their contract/lease agreement very well. It tends to be one-sided, favoring them completely. They are money greedy and will charge for everything, exorbitantly too. I got charged $75 for batteries for 1 smoke detector. Tanya has no customer service bone in her and always come across cocky and condescending. Their policy to force you to use ONLY their carpet cleaning vendor during move out was ridiculously expensive and one sided. Stanley Steemer is way cheaper but they would not allow it. They force you to keep the utilities on for 5 days after you move out. Even the utilities companies found that to be unheard of and ridiculous. If you are looking for Real Estate management company for purchase, sale or rent a property, I will urge you to stay far away from Lorac.
