I would give a zero star if i could. We were broken into last night and obviously very shaken up so rang this company at 8am to board the window and paid for URGENT service and had an email to confirm they would be with us between 9am-10.30am, however we got a call from the engineer to say he would be between 12pm-2pm which i agreed too, but no one turned up. When i rang to query this the caller said that the engineer had tried to come but 'couldn't fit down the road' but i was not made aware of this. The caller said he would call me back asap to re-arrange, however by 3.30pm still no call so i called back again and still the caller said they will try and contact and engineer and get back in touch with me - again no response. I called again at 4pm for then to be told no-one could do it tonight and that i would have to wait until the next day, awful service and wouldn't recommend to anyone!
