We asked for extra blankets and they brought us blankets with cigarettes burn holes! The bath tub had mold around it. And the women at the front counter were rude and worthless. We drove around looking for a place to park that would get us into the hotel and finally had to call and ask where to go. They gave me absolutely no information on anything when I checked in. We didn't have so much as an ice bucket in our room. And the "free" wi-fi didn't exist. We couldn't get on the internet the entire time we were there, it kept booting us off wanting us to pay for the basic package. We tried to go bowling and we were asked to wait 10 minutes despite there being an entire bowling alley completely empty minus a few lanes where there were mentally handicapped people playing. We were asked to wait for them to leave. Breakfast was a joke. I was brought an uncooked waffle and my kids couldn't even finish their pancakes. How disappointing.
