Absolutely awful company. 3 months since we tried ...

Absolutely awful company. 3 months since we tried to sign up. We got all of our equipment in 3 different appointments. And we are still missing the solar panels. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of...and when you do they will hang up on you, or the call will drop, or make false promises and never come through. The original quoted priced ended being almost $30 more for the monthly service. The customer service reps I have spoken with will rather argue with you then actully help you. I never do this...but please save it yourself your money and time. Have self respect for yourself and the peace of mind of your family and home. Choose any other company than this one. The experience has been gutt wrenching.
