The teachers provide very good guidance to the postures and motivates students to go deeper in every movement, I do feel faster physical progress with bikhram yoga. The studio is clean and well maintained, but the yoga room is without windows so personally it feels a little too enclosed. Another reason I'm giving a 3 star rating is based on my personal feeling. It's understandable that there's only one staff/ teacher at the studio at a given time from a management/ cost saving perspective. But due to this reason the studio is locked when the class starts. I have experienced a few times just in a couple of weeks, where I was caught in traffic or just cutting close, and got to the studio either a couple min late or even exactly on time, so was locked out. It feels very impersonal and unwelcoming. Although it's not the studios fault, but the experience is very frustrating. At other studios even if the students cannot go in class anymore there is at least ppl greeting them and hear them out. 3 stars base on consideration for clients and client experience.
