I was looking for a beach vacation that would also make for a good birthday getaway. The Hyatt Ziva PV seemingly checked both boxes before I got her. Fast forward, I am going to be checking out tomorrow and this is sure to be remembered as one of our best vacations!

I have only good things to say: the private beach is fantastic. I am here during the second week of January and so the hotel is only half occupied which means there is plenty of space wherever you go. The staff is friendly and accommodative. We have lactose intolerances and the staff goes above and beyond to make alternative arrangements. The entertainment staff is definitely entertaining and keep things lively. We even took a class on how to make authentic guacamole. Again, the hotel staff is fantastic and really makes things hospitable.

Doesn t impact the 5-star rating but the club tower is a little dated and a renovation would make this completely unbeatable.
