I was there at my scheduled time at 7.15 a.m. I waited there for 5 minutes and no one even bothered to come and help me. Then, there are 2 cars which came after me and parked behind me and two of the service advisor immediately approached them for help and completely ignored me. I, being frustrated with this service, asked the service manager for help and then he sent one service advisor to me. The name of this service advisor was Mr. Gerald Butler. He was really helpful to me throughout my service. He is the only reason that I am giving this 3 stars. He kept updating me about the status of service regularly. The service was done nicely. I hope that you guys take customers in order they come and not by their choice of customers. I don't want to play any victim cards here. I wrote what i felt.
