I will never buy a computer or any products from you guys ever again. I bought an expensive all in one 6 years ago, and the LCD monitor always had issues. You told me you don't have the parts, so you asked me to spend money and get it elsewhere so your technician can repair it. After we changed the part, the issue still came back within a week and you guys won't take any responsibility for it.

All I wanted was to fix my screen on my all in one, but you won't get the part for me, and you won't repair it for me. I wasted $1500 trying to get you guys to fix it, and now you came back to me and said there's nothing you can do?

You have violated the Consumer Guarantees Act by not offering a solution to repair, and by not remedying a failed repair.
