Very poor communication from Penmac to the company...

Very poor communication from Penmac to the company I worked for. I was never told to track my hours and that the company I was working for would turn them in every Monday. Ultimately, I didn t get paid on time because of their mistakes and miscommunications. This is not a place I would recommend dealing with.
