Overall we had a disappointing experience, the pizza was forgettable (nothing to brag about) and the service/kitchen wasn t any better. Our party yesterday (dec 28) ordered four custom pizzas and the taste reminded me of Peter Piper Pizza, I feel it s safe to say that there are definitely better pizza options at the Rim and at the La Cantera area 10 minuets south of Fralos. Service/kitchen was different to say the least, appetizers took 40mins+ to come out and it took the waitress 15mins to tell us they were out of the crispy zucchini, which we had originally placed two orders of and unfortunately never got to taste. We also asked for a knife when the pizza finally came out and again it took the waitress another 15mins to tell me they were washing the knifes now, so we weren t accommodated with that either. There were plenty of empty seats outside, so the lack of service was seemingly inexcusable and extremely disappointing.
