Avoid Avoid Avoid! Absolutely horrific service. Our house purchase nearly fell through due to them doing part of the exchange illegally. We were advised to sue them if the house had fallen through which it nearly did. Not once did a manager ring or phone even after we made a complaint.
They lost important documents like my marriage certificate and would never reply to emails.
The stress of dealing with them is not worth it. I have complained to the legal ombudsman. I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this company.
