We stayed here at the grand hotel last night. The staff were very friendly and professional ! The room was immaculate! The food and drinks in the bar were on point and the bar staff ensured out party of 6 were all taken care of quickly. Our view was absolutely amazing from the 19th. Floor. The MANY positive Reviews posted hear speak for themselves! The few leaving negative comments while letting us all knows how absolutely horrible their stay was and how you failed to accommodate them as they'd hoped, speaks volumes about THEM &
makes one wonder, if this is their normal practice. They could have easily requested another room at that time or even suggested a refund or possibly asked for a discount on a future night's stay, but instead they stayed? Muddy not have been so bad after allBTW, I want to make sure I mention the young man. who was working valet this morning, her went above and beyond for me and should definitely be commended for a job well done because he is the last person we interact with and is fresh on our minds when we leave. We will definitely be staying here again in the very near future! thanks for an amazing stay in your beautiful hotel! Best regards, T. J.
