Dan and everyone in the service department are amazing!!! We were stranded and we called Dan, he calmed our nerves and talked us through the process. Once we arrived smooth check in and again reassured us. In and Out in under an hour and back on our family vacation. Thank you again so much to Jack Schmitt Ford for making our family vacation break down a small interruption and not a giant disaster.
