The technician, Robert, was right on time. I was surprised how thorough and comprehensive the inspection was. Robert took the time to explain everything that he and his crew were doing and pointed out some areas that may present problems in the future.
They also replaced several items that needed it at no cost to me because of our plan.
He went over my paper work and described what they did with each area - Plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
His professional and expertise makes him a great asset to his company. Thanks
