I sent up to get an electrical estimate and my appointment was set from 10-12 today. I call after 12pm since nobody showed up. I was told from scheduling that there was a delay and they would possibly be here later in the day. (why not give customers a courtesy call to let them know! We schedule times for a reason. now I had to wait to see if someone was going to come). few hours later and still no one but called once more and same response that there was a delay and there is a CHANCE it could be today and/or i could book something for another date. so i went ahead and booked another date but let them know i'd like someone to come out today as I took some time off and my schedule was packed for the week. well there wasnt anything available till friday so i went ahead and booked it just in case. I called one last time as it was late in the evening to see if someone would still be coming but still the same response but it would be likely that someone comes friday. the scheduler didnt even try to make things up or show any compassion. i get it was out of there control but i should not have to call and ask for updates. if they know they are behind, they let the customers know so we can go on with our day. So i took the day off for nothing and have to plan for another day. I'm really disappointed in the service provided. First impressions are everything and this wasnt the best.
