Laptop had a bios issue. I went to get fresh bios installed, and while it got fixed, the hard drive was clearly damaged during this 'fix' as the laptop broke again 1 week later, after errors that had never happened before.

I went back to resolve said issue, was told this would cost extra to fix despite a very expensive initial fix. I refused this extra price, they then said they would compromise and not charge for the installation of a new hard drive but I would still have to purchase one myself.

At some point I was invited into the workshop in which we saw people's computers being treated very carelessly. It is unsurprising that the hard drive was damaged in the first place.

My recommendation? Avoid.
