Poor policy on returns and defective products. They do not return money. They only give a coupon for the same amount and force you to use it all at once. You can not return the product to any city store. I had to go to three. I have heard that since the product I am returning is from the winter season, I must use the coupon only for another winter product and I can not get what I want anymore. In another they just told me that it takes 6 months, then I lose my money. I'm not going to do anything like that again.
