Went to Smokin Ink today to get a small tattoo. Had an appointment at 3:30pm and waited over an hour and half after being told to take a seat to even be spoken to. The customer service of this establishment was absolutely abysmal. Ive never waited for any product or service this long without at least updates on why Im waiting or for how much longer. Their complete lack of care for me as a customer was not only unsatisfactory but insulting to say the least. On top of that once I finally was acknowledged by the staff they acted like nothing was wrong and like I hadn't just wasted an hour and a half of my life. It was absolute unbelievable. I understand some places have waits, but no heads up at all to an hour and a half wait was so rude. If you are looking to get a tattoo don't waste your time here. The quality of the tattoos isn't worth the blatant disrespect you'll be treated to.
